TERMS + CONDITIONS
1.
All transactions will be taken place via Paypal.
Payment must be paid in full before design process.
Once payment is received and services have been started, there will be no refunds or exchanges.
2.
For custom design services, three revisions are available before the design installation.
After the design, any revision will incur a separate fee of $25 each.
If a revision is required due to my error, no charge will incur.
3.
You must add me as an administrator to your site so that I can install the design properly.
After the design process is completed, all personal information I have for you will be deleted.
Please do a full back-up of your blog before the installation.
You are responsible for saving a copy of your old design.
4.
You may not alter my designs under any circumstance, redistribute, or use them for anything other than what they were intended.
If you wish to buy full rights to your design to use and customize yourself in the future, you may do so for a flat fee of $60.
You must keep a link to my design in the footer/copyright area of your blog for the duration of the design.
5.
Should there be a delay in communication from you longer than 4 weeks, your design will be terminated without refund.
I have a right to refuse service to anyone not willing to comply with my terms + conditions, or who’s ideas are not in-line with my standard of design.

By making a payment in full for your design, you agree to these terms -no exceptions.
